Mark Redkozubov
Owner/CEO
Hello, I’m Mark Redkozubov. I started building my expertise in tile and hardwood installation back in Ukraine 20 years ago. I met my wife back home in Ukraine and she invited me here to Washington State and because of love, I followed. The quality of life here in Washington State allowed me the opportunity to flourish in what I love to do. Back home, the struggles were unlike here. Being here in America, I get to help people not experience those struggles, feel comfortable in their homes and enjoy their lives. After all, your home is the place you rest and should feel the most joy and, helping people with their homes, let’s me be a part of that joy. My goal in life is to help people, so being a dedicated person, hard worker and doing things with my heart, it allows me to be helpful for people to make them happy, which makes me happy.
I am helpful by heart and with my experience and knowledge, I provide creative ideas while meeting financial limitations; if any, and educating when it comes to scope of work, design, quality, comfortability and functionality. When I’m not helping people with their homes, I most enjoy spending time with my family and friends. We enjoy the mountains, lakes and the outdoors in the summer and enjoy snowboarding and making snowballs in the winter.
Lori Marchant

Hi! I’m Lori. Born and raised in Southern California and moved here to the PNW when I was just a teenager. It was love at first sight moving here as the views and people captured my heart. I’m a proud mother of 3 beautiful children and enjoy baking and gardening in my free time. (let’s talk recipes, I’ve got plenty to share) I’ve been in the remodeling industry for 8 years now and absolutely love working with people to achieve their goals and dreams for their forever homes. It’s a great feeling to contribute my knowledge and expertise to help people in ways that I can.
Bryan Schnetter
Project Manager
I’m Bryan Schnetter, a PNW native with a stint in the Marine Corps of 8 years. I have extensively remodeled numerous homes but specialize in flooring and drywall. For me, family is everything and I love working with people who care about me and my family and, Remarkable Concept has proven they do. Most important for me in the industry, is making sure that each of our customers become our partners and friends during their projects and to prioritize communication and understanding throughout the process so that my community is educated along the way.
My wife has said this time and time again and I couldn’t agree more: A stranger is just a friend I have not met yet.
Natasha Hoaeae
Project Manager
Hi/Aloha! I’m Natasha, originally from Hawaii; which is where I get my core morals and hearts compass from, I moved here to Washington State over 20 years ago and love the beauty of the PNW (it’s quite cold though) and the people that I am blessed to have and meet daily. I’m a blessed mommy of 4 with a 2 yr old grandson, another little grandson on the way and 2 fur baby puppers. My life is fulfilled by family, compassion, community support, all things outdoors; especially being on the water kayaking, fishing, etc and ensuring that anyone I come across is positively touched by something I am able to support them with.
I’ve been in the industry for 8 years and have put much of my effort into learning every aspect which included endless hours or training, meetings, spec break downs, manufacturer drilling and questioning everything industry related because my goal was to make sure that each person coming to me and needing support with their homes, rentals, businesses and more, had someone with the experience, the knowledge and was someone they could truly trust and count on. It takes a village to support one another and I’m proud to be part of a full hearted one!
Michelle Bouten

Hi, I am Michelle Bouten and I was born and raised in Southern California. I moved to the beautiful PNW about 20 years ago. I am a mom of 5 and a grandmother of 10. I love nature, camping and backpacking with my family. I have been in this industry for 19 years now. I specialize in countertops, tile, project management and all aspects of commercial estimating and management. Customer satisfaction is very important to me and my team at Remarkable Concept.
